Synopsis of Work:

Site development and infrastructure work for an exclusive residential area at a mountain resort. Work included 150,000 cubic yards of earth and rock excavation, installation of 32,000 linear feet of storm drain and underground utility piping, construction of 140,000 square feet of rock-faced retaining walls, construction of a water storage tank, and 17 bridges.

The prime contract for construction of a 1,000,000-gallon capacity, buried, cast-in-place concrete (self-performed) water storage tank for the mountain resort community was also part of the infrastructure construction project.
