Ames Construction began working on airport projects in the early 1980s and gained national attention beginning in 1989 as a result of its performance on several major contracts at the new Denver International Airport. Since then, Ames has worked on major airports across the country on all types of construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation work, and major airport expansion contracts.
