Our safety culture is supported by a comprehensive health and safety program. Led by an integrated team of health and safety professionals, this program includes mandatory SAFEStart new hire training, ongoing supervisor training, project-specific safety planning, and pre-shift safety meetings.

Through robust risk management, Ames identifies risk, develops mitigation strategies, and tracks risk through preconstruction and construction until it is eliminated.
