Women Building Success honored top Minnesota tradespeople including Ames team members at the 2026 awards ceremony in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
- Juventina Bustos, Local 49, finalist and honorable mention for Apprentice of the Year
- April Lee, Local 49, nominated for Journeyworker of the Year
- Lisa Houle, Ames Operational Risk & Wellness Manager, nominated for Tradeswomen in Leadership and Women’s Advocate of the Year.
These team members were nominated by our Central office leaders and their supervisors for their skills, drive, teamwork, and advocacy for their fellow coworkers.
